Of course.

Since you know what document you want to check, you can get the UNID of the document in database A and then se the GetDocumentByUNID method of the NotesDatabase class to locate the replicated document in database B.
If the method returns Nothing, it has not replicated. If it replicated, the method returns a NotesDocument object for the document.
